Refund & Return Policy
At YOTN Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
1. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return requests must be initiated within three (3) days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team via support@yotn.store.
3. Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Returns will only be accepted for items that were not on clearance or part of a special promotional sale.
Return Eligibility:
1. To initiate a return, contact us at support@yotn.store within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any supporting pictures (if the item is defective or incorrect).
3. Once the return is approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7 business days..
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. You will be required to provide your bank details.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
